Sales Policies
PLEASE NOTE: Lower receivers, lower assemblies, rifles, handguns, Class III weapons and accessories may only be transferred or sold through a licensed firearms dealer. Purchasing any one of these items online will warrant a phone call or email in which we will request the name of a local dealer to complete the transfer of the firearm. Completion of an online order does not guarantee transfer of any firearm without prior agreement from the FFL dealer accepting the transfer and the BATFE approving the transfer. All Federal, State, and Local laws governing the sale or transfer of Title I & II weapons or accessories will be strictly followed.

You also agree to comply with all state, local and federal laws that govern the sale of firearms or firearms parts and accessories.
